Online Payment Instructions
To make an online payment, sign in at the top right corner of the screen. (NOTE: You will need to register before signing in for the first time.) Once signed in, click on "Pay Fees" at the top left corner of the screen. Select your desired payment method (eCheck or credit card) and provide your payment information. Click "Submit eCheck/Credit Card Payment." Verify that your payment information is correct and click "Submit Payment" to finalize the payment. (NOTE: The payment platform charges a $1.99 fee for eCheck payments and a 3.25% fee for credit card payments.)
Homeowners are highly encouraged to pay their HOA fees via auto-draft through David Floyd & Associates, Inc. There is no charge to sign up for auto-draft. Click here to download an auto-draft form. The completed auto-draft form can be submitted via email to accounting@dfloydassoc.com, via fax to 615-297-9340, or via mail to David Floyd & Associates, Inc. 104 East Park Drive, Suite 320, Brentwood, TN 37027. (NOTE: Auto-draft cannot be used to pay an outstanding balance. Outstanding balances must be paid online or via check.)
If you would prefer to make a payment via mailed check, you can mail your payment to [Your Association Name] c/o David Floyd & Associates, Inc. PO Box 357 Commerce, GA. 30529-0357. All checks must be made payable to your Association and include your unit number or street address number in the memo section of the check. All checks should also be mailed with a payment coupon if possible. A payment coupon can be printed from your Association's website/webpage.
Registration Instructions
Click "Register" at the top right corner of this window. Input your property information into the form (NOTE: Only the fields with an red asterisk beside them have to be completed). Your registration request will then be reviewed and matched with the appropriate account. It may take up to 2 business days for your registration to be confirmed.
Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive an email (from donotreply@cincsystems.net) with a link to set your password for your new login ID. Please check your junk/spam mail if you have filters that may prevent this email from reaching your inbox. Access the email and password link to set your password as soon as possible, as it will expire within 5 days of the date of the email. If you miss the 5-day deadline, return to this page and click “Forgot Password” in the top right corner of the screen. A new password link will be emailed to you, which will also expire within 5 days.
If you own multiple properties within a community, once registered for your first property, log into the website, click on the "Account Info" dropdown menu, choose "My Profile," and scroll to the bottom to "Register an Additional Property." Once your additional property registration is approved, you can toggle between property information from the "My Profile" page.
